Endeavour Group's BWS division seeks a Marketing Specialist - CRM & Lifecycle to drive multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution. You will partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandise and Data teams to craft CRM programs across email, push and SMS, ensuring campaigns align with digital and in-store channels.
You'll own lifecycle management, loyalty initiatives and personalised campaigns, using Oracle Responsys and other mar tech platforms to optimise engagement and sales.
