To find out more visit our website at ** the role**We are seeking a **Business Manager** to oversee the delivery of security services at a Data Centre located in Melbourne's CBD. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the on site security team, ensuring contractual service requirements are upheld. *This is a Full Time position working predominantly Monday to Friday, however, there will be a requirement to be available after hours to manage urgent operational matters.* **Duties include but are not limited to:*** **People management:** Oversee hiring, training, performance, disciplinary processes and employee terminations in accordance with company policies.* **Employee development**: Develop, mentor and support employees to promote a high performing workforce.* **Reporting:** Compile data for Quarterly Business Reviews and attend and lead client meetings.* **Cost management:** Identify and implement cost saving initiatives and operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality.* **Payroll administration:** Oversee payroll, ensuring employee hours,
