Journey Early Learning Gumdale is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to lead our Junior Kindy 2 room, supporting children aged 2-3 years. You will mentor a team, create nurturing learning experiences and partner with families to foster growth.
Working in a supported, growth-focused centre, you'll implement EYLF-aligned play-based programs, plan and document learning using Storypark and contribute to ongoing leadership within the centre.
