The Role
This will be a newly formed portfolio to support growth, so the size will be tailored specifically for YOU (according to your experience and desired salary level)
Backed by a team including a Strata Assistant and Strata Administrator, as well as an external team managing Maintenance, Insurance and Accounts, your day to day will include:
Manage a portfolio of strata schemes
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders
Produce and oversee budgets, expenditure and provide expert advice
Liaise with internal Departments that support you
Attend and facilitate strata meetings
Requirements
Strong Strata Management experience
Good communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
A Strata Certificate or License, as well as Drivers License and car
Have the ability to work autonomously & in a professional team environment
