About the Role
As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents within residential aged care facilities.
You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.
Opportunities are available across a variety of aged care homes throughout the Central Coast, offering flexibility, variety and consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe,



high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
Complete clinical assessments and care planning
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support and mentor care staff where required
Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare teams
About You
Recent experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse
Strong clinical assessment and decision‐making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Qualified, reliable and adaptable approach
Passion for delivering person‐centred aged care
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and immunisation records
Unrestricted Australian working rights
