This is a hands-on catering role focused on food preparation, plating, presentation, service setup and meal service, while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer experience.
You'll work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
The Positions
Assist with food preparation, plating and presentation of menu items.
Support meal service and ensure food is ready and presented to a high standard.
Prepare ingredients, including cutting vegetables and assembling burgers and other menu items.
Assist with meal service, kitchen setup and general kitchen duties as required.
Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures at all times.




Maintain a clean and secure workspace while supporting waste reduction practices.
The Person
Previous experience in a Kitchen Hand, Catering Assistant or Food Preparation/service role is preferred.
Confident handling food, using and performing basic knife and food preparation tasks.
Physically fit and comfortable standing or walking for extended shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable, positive and able to follow instructions and safety procedures
A proactive team player with a strong can-do attitude and attention to hygiene and food safety.
