The venue seats up to 120 guests and offers a warm, welcoming environment for both locals and visitors.

The Role
As a Front of House Casual, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience at Iron Gate Kitchen.



You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves with a lasting positive impression.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
Taking orders and delivering food and beverages across breakfast, lunch, and Friday dinner services
Sharing knowledge of our Iberian-inspired menu, wine offerings, and daily specials
Assisting with FOH operations including table set-up and pack-down, cleanliness, and service flow
Supporting weddings, private functions, and special events as required
Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to deliver a seamless, premium-casual dining experience
Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, is adaptable, and takes pride in delivering warm, seamless service.
