Occupational Therapist | Paediatric Caseload
Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established allied health provider in Townsville, QLD to appoint a full-time Occupational Therapist with a paediatric caseload.
This is a genuine opportunity to deliver evidence-based OT services across clinic, community, home, and school settings within a collaborative, purpose-built multidisciplinary team where quality client outcomes come before KPIs.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the role is open to new graduates through to experienced clinicians.
About the Role
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team alongside speech pathologists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals, you will deliver person-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions to children and their families across a variety of settings including clinic, home, school, and community environments.
You will work closely with families and carers to identify goals, develop individualised intervention plans, and monitor progress toward meaningful outcomes.
Structured clinical supervision and professional mentoring are built into the role, and genuine career progression pathways exist for clinicians at all stages of their career.

What are we looking for?
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
Experience working with a paediatric caseload, or a robust desire to develop paediatric skills in a supported environment.
Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
A family-centred, collaborative approach to clinical practice.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
