Lakeland Roadhouse is looking for a reliable Front of House team member to join our casual roster.
We serve fuel, food, and hot drinks seven days a week on the Mulligan Highway — the gateway to the Cape — so service can be steady one hour and flat-out the next.
What you will do
Greet guests and help them feel welcome on arrival.
Take food and drink orders accurately and keep tables and the counter moving.
Clear, reset, and keep dining and service areas clean and ready.
Support the counter and coffee bar during rushes.
Work closely with the kitchen so meals go out on time.
What we are looking for
Reliable availability, including early starts and later finishes across the week.
Explicit communication and a calm approach when the roadhouse is busy.
A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to muck in where needed.
RSA or food safety certification is a plus, but not required.
