Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort on a full time basis. You will lead the kitchen team, assist the Head Chef, and ensure consistently high-quality dishes for guests.
The role requires at least two years' experience as a Sous Chef, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and strong leadership and communication skills. You'll work across rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
