You will partner with the Board Chair and senior leaders, manage Board papers, minutes and governance frameworks, and oversee group secretarial duties across the organisation.
In this role you will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations to maintain robust governance while enabling swift execution.
