Key responsibilities
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Supporting patients and families through acute episodes, including those requiring maternity or birthing care where applicable.
Contributing to a culture of continuous quality improvement and clinical safety within the unit.
