Nevile & Co. Commercial Lawyers in Melbourne's CBD is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer (4+ years PAE) to join the Property Team. The role focuses on residential and commercial property transactions, including conveyancing, with support from a paralegal and junior lawyer.
You should be proficient in FIRB rules, land subdivision, GST and CGT withholding, and hands-on with PEXA and Duties Online; LEAP experience is an advantage. A foreign language is a plus but not essential.
