Sonder is a 24/7 safety and wellbeing service across Australia, powered by a responsive Responders Network. You will join as a casual Sonder Responder, working a versatile on-call roster and providing in-person support when needed, with compensation for on-call availability and incident response.
You will recruit, train, and manage the network in your area, engage stakeholders, and help refine procedures while delivering calm, empathetic responses in emergencies and everyday support scenarios.
