Casual Team Member
***** hours/week · variable roster
Serve customers, style balloons, and keep the shop floor humming. Weekends and our September-November peak season are our busiest times.
Party Source is Western Australia's largest independent party shop, based in Canning Vale. Our team is friendly, hands-on and customer-facing - balloons, costumes and decorations - helping people pull off birthdays, parties and big events every day.
What the role involves:
checkout and customer service, filling balloons and creating balloon arrangements (full training provided), restocking shelves, packing online orders and answering phone enquiries.
Who we're looking for:
our most key requirement is a genuine passion for customer service and creating a great experience for customers. We want positive, enthusiastic people who are comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential - attitude and willingness to learn matter more.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so there is no need to wait until the closing date.
