BFT Prahran is seeking an experienced, people-first Studio Manager to lead the first BFT studio in the world.
You'll shape day-to-day operations, growth and culture while partnering with the Head Coach and owners to deliver outstanding member experiences.
In this hands-on role you'll welcome recent members, drive retention, coach the team and own studio performance, events and community initiatives.
A strong focus on leadership, communication and detail will be essential.
