You will own day-to-day operations from recruitment and onboarding to follow-up, appointments, pipeline reviews, contract progression and exchange, working hands-on with agents, buyers and projects.
This role is office-based, full time, five days a week, with strong senior leadership support, a substantial pipeline, and an emphasis on CRM discipline
