Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking an Early Help Practitioner to support children, young people and families across Horsham and surrounding communities. You will deliver short-term, strengths-based interventions and collaborate with schools, maternal health, and community services.
You may work part time or full-time, with flexible arrangements and a focus on prevention, inclusion and family wellbeing within Victoria's Early Help program.
