About the Role
As an English/Humanities Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging English and Humanities programs across Years 7-9
Differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs, abilities and interests of students
Develop positive and respectful relationships with students
Create a structured and engaging classroom environment that supports learning
Use assessment and student data to monitor progress and inform teaching
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan curriculum and support student outcomes
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in professional learning
Encourage students to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning
About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
VIT registered or eligible for registration in Victoria
Qualified to teach English and/or Humanities
Able to build positive relationships and establish clear classroom expectations
Confident in planning differentiated and engaging learning experiences
Team-oriented, reflective and committed to ongoing professional growth
Looking to join a school where they can make a meaningful contribution in ****
