About the Role
This is a high-impact growth prospect for a proven Manager who thrives in multifaceted environments, inspires people to achieve their best and can balance strategic focus with operational excellence. You will head up an experienced and skilled team of 7 supervisors and team leaders who oversee the 24 hour operation. You will be accountable for the overall success of the depot, ensuring our network operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, lead and mentor a strong, engaged and high-performing culture across multiple site-based teams
Drive execution of operational plans, KPIs, and strategies aligned with national objectives
Identify and deliver continuous improvement across transport, logistics and customer service offerings




Taking full accountability for regional P&L; performance, budgeting and financial results
Optimise asset utilisation and manage labour efficiency across operations
Ensuring compliance with Safety, Chain of Responsibility and regulatory requirements
Customer focused, delivering exceptional customer outcomes while strengthening strategic customer partnerships
Identify and implement productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives
Business Development and growth accountability
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Proven ability to lead and mentor high performing teams.
Strong operational and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Expertise in analysing data and trends to develop and implement strategies that optimise operations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and accountability
Ideally tertiary qualified in logistics, business management or related field
Logistics experience preferred but candidates with senior management experience in similar industries are welcome to apply.
