Role Summary EQ Retirement Solutions are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst within the Administration department.
The main purpose of the role is to support operational excellence by identifying, analysing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, increase quality and reduce operational costs.
The role will work across operational and project teams to review end-to-end processes,



implement Lean improvement methodologies and establish performance measures that deliver sustainable business benefits.
Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Partner with operational delivery teams, project managers, contractors, development teams and wider stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements.
