THE ROLE
Located in Division Wide Service Operations, the Senior Service Improvement and Implementation Adviser will contribute to division wide governance, system and service development, and implementation activities.
The role ensures alignment of project objectives to departmental, divisional and area priorities and plans.
You will be responsible for leading and contributing to projects and initiatives under the direction of the Manager, Service Improvement and Implementation .
Are you:
* A multi-skilled and proactive individual able to prioritise tasks and be flexible to changing priorities?
* An excellent written communicator, with report writing skills?
* Capable of delivering robust conceptual and analytical workpieces?
* Knowledge and experienced in working within, or alongside DFFH operational program/s?
* Experienced in data collection and analysis?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meeting departmental objectives including:
*
* Undertaking research, collate and interpret data, conduct analysis and implement projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
* Manage projects or sub-projects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/ sub-projects within timeline, resourcing and budget parameters.
* Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
* Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions on complex matters.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
