The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to provide technical leadership across engineering, architecture and operational teams.
Key Technical Skills Strong experience in Amazon Connect architecture, configuration and platform administration Expertise in Contact Flows, routing strategies, queues, profiles and customer journeys Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex and conversational AI integrations Solid knowledge of Amazon Connect APIs, AWS Lambda and event-driven architectures Experience with Contact Trace Records (CTR), Kinesis streaming and analytics integrations Understanding of Amazon Connect security, SAML/SSO and identity integration Experience with Workforce Management, Quality Management and Contact Lens Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience across the Connect platform Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)



and DevOps practices for Amazon Connect configuration and deployments Technical Leadership Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for the Amazon Connect platform Drive solution design and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements Own technical delivery outcomes, platform quality and engineering standards Identify and manage technical, operational and delivery risks Collaborate with AWS, vendors, engineering teams and internal stakeholders Lead platform simplification, automation and continuous improvement Promote operational excellence, resilience, security and customer experience Coach and mentor engineers and help build long-term Amazon Connect capability Support architectural and technical decisions across the platform Key Attributes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration Ability to operate as a hands-on technical lead Strong ownership and delivery mindset Experience working in enterprise-scale environments Passion for automation, platform optimisation and continuous improvement Interested in exploring this opportunity?
