This 12-month maternity leave prospect within Liebherr's Mining Division will see you step into a trusted People Partner role, working closely with senior and operational leaders to deliver high-impact people and industrial relations support.
You'll contribute to both the strategic and operational delivery of people initiatives, driving workforce planning, talent and performance outcomes, and a positive employee experience.
Working alongside a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll help embed best-practice people frameworks and provide practical, commercially focused advice that makes a real impact across the business.
Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to deliver pragmatic HR, IR, performance and capability advice.
Lead employee relations matters including investigations, performance and compliance.
Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession outcomes.




Embed consistent performance management and annual review processes.
Support organisational change, design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence leaders to deliver people outcomes.
