What you'll be doing
Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children's learning and development
Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive workplace where children can learn and play
Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and Service policies
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development
What we're looking for
A relevant early childhood qualification, like a Diploma of Children's Services or studying towards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
A genuine passion for early childhood education and gaining more knowledge around child development.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, a National Child Safety Foundation Certificate and a valid Working with Children Check.
