The Company Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a highly regarded employer of choice in their sector, boasting an outstanding office location in Collingwood, easily accessible by car or public transport.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working as part of a small team, you will provide meaningful support to the finance function, playing a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and financial integrity across the business.
This exciting opportunity is offered as an initial 6-month fixed term contract and will require a commencement ASAP.
The flexibility to work from home 3 days per week following training is also provided.
The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for: Invoice processing, including receipting and verifying invoices Assist with weekly payment runs Monitoring debtor accounts, following up outstanding payments Monitoring accounts inbox,
responding to queries promptly and professionally Maintain and update customer records in ERP system Account reconciliations Ad hoc financial reporting Contributing to continuous improvement activities Your Profile To be successful in this role you will be immediately available and have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
You will possess an intermediate level of Excel skills (pivot tables/ V-lookups), with an aptitude to learn current finance systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills, a customer service approach, and the ability to work to deadlines is also required.
