* Salary Range: $59,****** - $65,******* pro rata, plus superannuation
About the role

South West Healthcare's Macarthur Community Health Centre is seeking an experienced Social Support Group (SSG) Assistant to join our dedicated team in a part-time role, supporting the well-being of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
As part of the Macarthur SSG program, you'll help deliver meaningful activities that focus on participants' strengths, encouraging social integration and promoting a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
You'll collaborate with the SSG team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the program meets the unique needs and goals of its participants.
What you bring
* A strong commitment to maintaining skilled confidentiality and providing a high standard of customer-focused care
* Relevant qualifications in Allied Health, Enrolled Nursing, or a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Lifestyle and Leisure, with experience in aged care and/or activity-based programs highly regarded
* Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging and innovative activities tailored to the needs and interests of diverse client groups
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team




* A Safe Food Handling Certificate, a current Victorian Driver Licence, and a willingness to obtain a Light Rigid (LR) endorsed licence
