Service Stylist
to join ourteam.
Thisrole is essential to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations acrossthe Rooms Division. The purpose of this roleis to create a warm and welcoming environment for guests, providing exceptionalassistance, information, and support throughout their stay.
The Service Stylistis responsible for maintaining a clear presence in the lobby, greeting andacknowledging guests, assisting with rooming procedures, and actively engagingwith visitors. Additionally, this role involves overseeing the Langham ClubLounge reception, maintaining its exclusivity, and providing personalizedservices to club guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaina clean and tidy work area and personal appearance, in accordance withhotel standards.
Possessa standard of guest service where each customer feels like a welcomedguest.
Beaware of facilities and points of interest in hotel environs to assistwith any guest inquiries.
Familiarisationwith the flow of guests throughout the hotel. Ensure solid presence in theLobby at all times to assist our guests. Spend time in each of ourFront of House areas: Driveway, Ground floor lobby, Reception lobby,Flavours of Langham and Langham Hotel Club.
Greetingand acknowledging guests that arrive at the hotel, gather in the lobby ordepart the hotel. Always approach guests and enquire about their stay andany future stays
Makecourtesy calls to ensure guests' wellbeing, help and additional servicesor follow
Workclosely with the Concierge for a continual guest focus. Assist withrecommendations of the local area.
Displayour guest rooms, outlets and banquet facilities to potential guests. Assist with site inspections asrequired.




Assistthe Reception and Concierge with 'queue' management
Monitorthe return guest and loyalty programs, based on guest preferences andhistory. Ensure preferences are met. Update and build guest history onSEP.
Assistwith guest amenities to build great memories for our guests. Ex: Balloons, Hotel arranged amenity and special guest requested amenity delivery
To anticipateguest needs and handle guest enquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following:
Being able toengage and build rapport with ourguests to deliver personalised serviceand identifyindividual guestpreferences
Excellentpresentation, communication and people skills combined with a polite, efficientand friendly disposition.
Must have aminimum of 1 year previous experience within a 5 star Front Office environment.
Availability towork a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
