Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking an AHPRA-registered RN to lead high‐quality mental health nursing care in Rockhampton. You will work autonomously, manage complex situations and provide clinical direction to RNs, ENs and other staff.
You will mentor colleagues, participate in shift coordination and contribute to ongoing quality improvement, safety and patient‐centred care within the current Adult Inpatient Mental Health Service at Rockhampton Hospital.
