As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Tender & Growth Advisor to help identify and secure new partnership opportunities, support existing school relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing people together, managing projects from start to finish, and turning ideas and information into compelling submissions that create real outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and submitting tenders, proposals and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for new school partnerships.
Working closely with leaders across the business to develop high-quality, compelling submissions.
Managing tender timelines, documentation and content libraries to ensure opportunities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Supporting the renewal and ongoing management of school partnership agreements.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective partners.




Tracking outcomes and identifying opportunities to continuously improve our approach.
Supporting growth initiatives, communications and marketing activities where required.
