As we expand our financial services operations, we are seeking a Treasury & Financial Services Manager who will be responsible for managing treasury activities, overseeing financial services operations, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage liquidity across operational accounts and payment partners
Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure related to payment transactions
Develop and maintain treasury controls and risk management processes
Ensure financial services operations align with regulatory obligations
Work with compliance teams to implement risk management and control frameworks
Work with product, operations, and technology teams to support the delivery of financial services
Support the ongoing improvement of operational systems and financial processes
Requirements
5+ years experience in treasury, payments, financial services operations, or fintech
Strong understanding of foreign exchange and cross-border payment processes
Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks in Australia
Experience managing liquidity, settlement processes, or treasury operations
Strong analytical and risk management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving fintech environment
