Smokemart & GiftBox is seeking an Assistant Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service to achieve sales goals.
You will oversee visual merchandising, store administration, training new team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace while delivering exceptional service to customers throughout shifts.
