What You'll Do
Design advanced biology problems and questions to rigorously test AI performance
Develop transparent, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology topics
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology,
Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving ability across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and structured feedback
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
Background spanning multiple biology disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, physiology)
