Northside Christian College is seeking an experienced Director of Secondary to join our Executive Team. This executive position will commence in Term ******.

About the Position
The Director of Secondary will:
Provide leadership and oversight across the Secondary School, with a key focus on building a strong and cohesive culture
Lead and support Secondary Year Level Coordinators
Provide strategic, spiritual and operational leadership to staff and students
Work collaboratively as a member of the College Executive Team
Support the pastoral care, child safety and wellbeing of Secondary students
This is an initial full-time, three-year appointment to the position of Director of Secondary,



with an underlying ongoing teaching role.

Ability to provide spiritual and effective operational leadership aligned with the Christian ethos, vision and values of the College
A strong understanding of Christian education and the ability to support the Christian ethos of the College
Ability to generate strategic ideas for improvement, innovation and change in collaboration with the Executive Team and Secondary School staff
Commitment to supporting pastoral care, child safety and wellbeing programs that enable students to flourish
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all members of the College community
Commitment to demonstrating and supporting the College vision and values
