Bunnings is seeking a proactive Department Manager in Australia to lead a 20+ person team across service, stock, and shop floor operations. You will drive customer experience, training, safety culture and best price presentation in a fast-paced store setting.
You will manage rosters, coordinate with Merchandising and Store Leadership, and report to the Assistant Site Manager. A strong focus on safety, KPI delivery and team development is essential.
