Hydro Tasmania is seeking a Senior Strategic Human Resources Partner to provide stakeholder-aligned advice on workforce risks, planning, capability building, IR strategy and workforce investment decisions.
You will partner with Assets & Infrastructure Leadership and P&C; colleagues to deliver local and organisational people programs, ensuring solid alignment between business needs and expert guidance across Tasmania. Regular travel is expected.
