We are looking for an experienced
D365 Customer Engagement Developer
to join a project focused on enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a strong focus on
development, integration and automation
.
The role will involve building integrations between
Canvas LMS and D365 CE
, using
Power Automate, APIs and webhooks
, as well as developing, supporting and enhancing existing D365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise solutions within
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Build and maintain integrations between
Canvas LMS and D365 CE
Develop integrations using
APIs, webhooks and Power Automate
Develop custom functionality using
C#
Configure and develop using D365 CE out-of-the-box capabilities
Automate business processes and workflows
Support, troubleshoot and enhance existing D365 components
Resolve application incidents and service requests
Develop and maintain
Power BI reports




Contribute to solution architecture and application support
Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on
D365 CE development and customisation
Proven
D365 CE integration
experience
Strong knowledge of
APIs, webhooks and Power Automate
Experience with
C# development
Experience supporting and enhancing existing D365 CE solutions
Understanding of solution architecture and application support
Experience with
Power BI
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Desirable
Power Pages
Microsoft Fabric, Data and Spark SQL
Microsoft Entra
Microsoft Teams, Exchange and Microsoft 365 Admin Centres
Experience within
membership, training, education or similar environments
