Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator
Metro North Health is seeking a highly organised and proactive Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional cancer care. This role is central to ensuring General Oncology MDT meetings run efficiently, bringing together specialists from across disciplines to review patient care and achieve the best possible outcomes.
About the role
As the key administrative contact for MDT activities, you will coordinate meetings, manage patient data, support clinicians, and help drive continuous improvement across Cancer Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Ensure histopathology slides and medical images are available for review.
Prepare and distribute agendas, and arrange conference rooms, facilities, catering, and equipment.
Record and monitor clinician membership and participation, and maintain QOOL membership records.
Attend MDT meetings to provide administrative support and act as a central point of contact across multiple specialties.
Disseminate MDT documentation, recommendations,



and GP/referring practitioner feedback within designated timeframes, including medical typing as required.
