MiCare is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Queensland, delivering large-volume meals with accuracy while adhering to dietary and texture-modified requirements for elderly residents. You will work under the Chef Team Leader and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistency and safety in a not-for-profit care setting.
Applicants should have Level 1/2 Food Safety Certificates, and a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, plus proven sous-chef or production kitchen
