Cadillac RV is seeking a dedicated Warranty Manager for Australia & Recent Zealand to join our Somerton, VIC team on a full-time basis. You will oversee all warranty claims, drive customer satisfaction and manage related processes to protect our brand across two territories.
Reporting to the director, you will partner with customers, dealers and product teams, monitor performance metrics and implement policy improvements to optimise costs and service levels in a fast-paced environment.
