An exciting opportunity has become available to join a newly established and rapidly growing strata management business based in the Subiaco area.
The business is led by an experienced owner who has previously operated and grew major businesses and brings a strong commercial mindset, clear vision and genuine understanding of what it takes to build a successful company.
They are now looking for an experienced Strata Manager who wants to be part of that growth journey rather than simply manage a portfolio.
You will initially take responsibility for a manageable portfolio of approximately 600 lots, while working closely with the owner as the business continues to expand. This is an opportunity to have genuine input into how the strata division develops, including systems, processes, client relationships and future team growth.
The role would suit someone who enjoys the boutique environment but also wants the chance to grow their career as the company develops.

About You
You will have previous strata management experience and be confident managing your own portfolio. Just as importantly, you will be proactive, commercially minded and interested in joining a business where you can make a genuine impact.
