, and we are looking for a motivated and reliable
Blind Maker / Production Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the hands-on creation of high-quality internal blinds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with their hands, has a outstanding eye for detail, and wants to grow alongside a local business.
Key Responsibilities
Fabric Cutting: Accurately measuring and cutting fabrics to specification.
Blind Assembly & Hoisting: Assembling components and hoisting internal blinds to ensure perfect operation.
Quality Control: Checking materials and finished products for any defects.
Workshop Maintenance: Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and safe.
What We Are Looking For
Team Player & Self-Starter:




Someone who works exceptionally well within a team environment but is equally productive working independently.
Eager to Learn:
A strong willingness to learn all aspects of the blind-making process.
Detail-Oriented:
Positive hand-eye coordination and accuracy with measurements.
Reliable:
Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
