About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse with Sidekicker, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents across a range of aged care settings.
You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and multi-disciplinary teams to support residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life, while ensuring care is delivered safely and professionally.
What you'll be doing
Delivering safe,
high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical requirements
Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes in condition
Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and broader care teams
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Contributing to a secure, respectful and positive care setting
