About Future Anything
Future Anything unleashes passion, potential and agency in every classroom. We believe every young person deserves to leave school with the passion, potential and agency to thrive; actively participating in their community and forging their future with purpose.
Future Anything works alongside educators, schools, education systems and industry to advocate for, and embed, capability-rich learning, through:
Our flagship innovation program, The Future Anything Challenge
Research-backed, inspiring and practical Teacher Professional Development
Engaging Student Innovation Workshops
Impactful community-based projects and long-term strategic partnerships
Working for Future Anything means:
A nine-day compressed fortnight. Full-time pay and a full-time role, but you'll enjoy a long weekend every second week.
Six weeks of annual leave a year. With three of these weeks taken at Christmas when the office closes.
Quarterly Basecamp. Once a quarter, the entire team comes offline for connection, capability building and clarity. It includes a full day of Masterplanning, dedicated entirely to planning the term ahead.
An annual learning budget of $1,000. We value lifelong learning, and this is yours to put towards whatever you need to grow.
Flexibility. Days in schools count as office days, which means around two days a week working from home. We understand that life happens outside of work. That's why we don't expect a typical 9am–5pm schedule to work for everyone — we offer flexibility for you to do your best work in a way that works for you.
No marking, reporting or bell times. Say goodbye to those old friends. We set you up with a laptop and everything you need to get positive work done.
About the Role
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you play a critical role in leading the delivery, quality and growth of Future Anything's award-winning suite of educational programs.

You'll operate as a senior practitioner within our education team — modelling excellence, supporting others to succeed, and ensuring our programs consistently deliver deep impact across a growing network of partners.
The role carries an increased focus on leading complex partnerships, driving retention and growth, coaching others, and contributing to strategic projects and system improvement.
It's a dynamic, high-impact role, enabling the post-holder to work across diverse school and system settings while shaping how Future Anything scales its impact nationally
Learning Design & Program Architecture (20%): You'll partner with educators and system leaders to scope and sequence whole-school change, design and deliver teacher professional learning, and coach Partnership Managers to strengthen their learning design practice.
Relationship Management & Renewal (20%); You'll lead a portfolio of high-value and complex partnerships, with a focus on retention and long-term impact. You'll build strong relationships with educators and leaders, acting as a trusted partner across all stages of delivery.
Innovation, Partnerships & Growth (15%): You'll identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships, contributing directly to program growth and sustainability, and drive the future acquisition of Future Anything partners.
Delivery & Facilitation (25%): You'll model excellence in facilitation and program delivery, maintaining a strong presence with partners. You'll lead delivery in high-stakes contexts, flagship partnerships, and complex engagements, ensuring consistently high-quality experiences.
People & Capability (10%): You'll build the capability of the people around you. You'll support onboarding and development, share best practice, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Organisational Contribution (10%): You'll contribute to the strategic direction and growth of Future Anything, collaborating across portfolios to strengthen alignment, share insights, and maximise impact.

You may lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and program delivery at scale.
About You
With a minimum of 5 years teaching experience, you're a passionate educator, an accomplished learning designer, an organised project manager, and a strong relationship builder
This role is perfect for you if:
You like a puzzle. The principal wants one thing, the head of department another, and the teacher just wants to know this isn't going to add more work— and you find the version where everyone wins
You want to grow a movement. You want to see more young people, more teachers and more schools finding joy in learning. And, you're not afraid to talk budgets to make it happen.
You're energised by variety. The thought of being in the office one day, and on a plane to Cairns the next sounds like fun.
You like people. You like meeting new people. You like working in teams. And, you love the bit where it clicks for someone else — watching a colleague try the thing you suggested and seeing it work.
You make things better than you found them. You take notice of what's not working, and you build systems, processes and projects that fix them.
You're aspirational, and are looking to work in an organisation that provides the support and the opportunity to grow and progress.
Ultimately, you love education and you're looking for a meaningful and impactful way to make a difference for schools, teachers and young people throughout Australia, and beyond.
DESIRABLE
Working knowledge of Future Anything's programs.
Secondary school teaching and curriculum design experience.
Experience coaching or mentoring other teachers.
Experience working with partners beyond schools — councils, regional bodies, cultural institutions or government.
Experience working within an external education provider, supporting schools from the side.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Current & full registration as a teacher in Australia, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience.
Everyday access to a private vehicle for work use and an Australian Driver Licence (travel/accommodation expenses will be reimbursed when travelling for work).1
A valid working visa to work in Australia for the next two years (if applicable).
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check.
