Scalabrini Communities in Recent South Wales is seeking a Full Time Live Easy Buddy to support older people living at home, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent within their communities.
The role blends direct care delivery and care coordination across client homes, with travel between clients. Training and ongoing support are provided, and previous care coordination experience is not required.
