Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day import air/ocean operations and bonded warehouse activities, eg. receiving, storage, clearance, outturn and dispatch
Lead, supervise and oversee imports operations and depot teams
Act as a key point of contact for ABF, DAFF, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, transport providers and clients
Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues and manage client enquiries, feedback and complaints
Ensure ongoing compliance with ABF, DAFF, customs, bonded depot, WHS and other regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in imports freight operations
Proven exposure to team leadership, management or supervision
Hands-on experience managing bonded warehouse/depot
Proficient in CargoWise
