Social Worker (Lvl 1-2) - Women and Children Health - Temp PT
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated Social Worker who is committed to delivering patient-centred care in a busy acute healthcare setting. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and stakeholders, and experience managing complex psychosocial issues. You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, demonstrate sound clinical judgement, and are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and improving health outcomes across Women's and Children's Health services.

A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Please describe your experience working as a Social Worker in woman and child health, including your experience supporting women and children experiencing illness, trauma or high risk pregnancies and assessing and providing interventions when safety concerns are identified.
Can you provide an example of a time when you were required to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure or stressful environment? How did you determine priorities, and what was the outcome?
Describe a situation where you worked both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve a positive outcome. What was your role, and how did you contribute to the team's success?
Can you provide an example of how you have engaged in clinical supervision and ongoing career development to enhance your practice? How has this learning influenced your work?
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
