Silverchain is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for the Support at Home program in Geraldton. The role covers Geraldton and surrounding areas, offering 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with potential for a 4-day week and a work vehicle for duties.
Retention bonus and relocation package are available. The position is based in the community and involves delivering care, coordinating services, and supporting clients and families in their homes.
