You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialised nursing support.
Key responsibilities
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and contribute to protected and effective service delivery.
You will also support quality improvement activities, provide health education to patients and carers, and contribute to the development of students, graduates and less experienced staff while continuing to build your own clinical expertise.
Here, you'll have more time for what matters most - whether that's exploring the rugged beauty of the Flinders Ranges, enjoying time on the water, connecting with friends, or simply embracing the serenity of regional living.
What you need
Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwipry Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
Ability to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication, problem-solving and workload management skills.
