Raytheon Australia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team within the Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Capability Assurance Program. You will oversee safety, system integrity, governance and resource allocation to modernise MATC capabilities across multiple RAAF sites.
The role reports to the ADATS Program Manager and requires a senior leader able to drive engineering excellence, manage complex change and deliver robust, compliant solutions in a defence setting.
